It looked fab and tasted delicious. People did not believe it was a cake. A memorable cake for a memorable occasion. Heather is now doing another cake for my daughter's birthday this week. All my guests were not only impressed with the design, but also by the quality of the sponge. Heather was so professional, and obviously cared about every detail.Her flair and imagination was much appreciated. There will be many more of her wonderful cakes adoring our table in the future.
