Moulin Rouge Cake

This stunning, three tiered wonky cake is decorated with a Moulin Rouge theme. The top tier is modelled on the birthday girls corset. It is topped with a handmade “21″ and finished with a gold icing bow. It is decorated with black feathers to continue the Moulin Rouge theme.
